IELTS Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your test 15 or more days before your test date and you would be eligible to get a 75% refund.

You are not eligible to cancel your test or a refund if you request cancellation within 14 days prior to your test date.

Transfers

Transfer requests received more than 15 days prior to the test date will be transferred at no additional cost.

Transfer requests received within 5-14 days prior to the test date will be charged a transfer fee of up to 25% of the cost of the test.

Transfer requests received less than 4 days prior to the test will be treated as cancellations and the candidate will not be eligible for a refund.
